Hi, can you please let me know how long you have had the tablet and if there is any warranty left? Also, is the keyboard detachable? Thanks!
Hi Claudia, the tablet was purchased in January. Manufacturer warranty will expire January 12th, 2026.
The keyboard is not detachable from the case. It’s all one piece. It was purchased from the Samsung Website.

Hi Claudia, it looks like the manufacturer warranty is not transferable unless you submit a request of transfer in the portal. I can provide you the purchase information if you need it. I did also get notified that Samsung Care + is currently in open enrollment so it does seem you might be able to add the extended warranty but I don’t want to guarantee that since I’m not sure on the process involved for that.
Hi Claudia, doing further research, it looks like in the US, manufacturer warranty is transferable as long as you have proof of purchase which I’m happy to send to you.
