If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site. The listing says paid off but it’s on Spectrum. Are you able to get the carrier lock off of it or could you provide the IMEI number so it could be checked to see if it’s able to have that removed after it’s purchased.
