Does this have Android 14 and how's battery health?

Yes, it has android 14 - but this version of OnePlus' OS does not have the newer Battery Health info feature. The estimate shown says "Should last 1 day, 22 hours".

I was able to use it without running out daily while traveling last month, but it is certainly not as long as a brand new phone.

Yes it's unlocked, so if you have your Sim card it should work fine with T-Mobile
