Can you tell me a little more about this? Where did you purchase it? Have you played on it much? Has it been left powered on for long times? Was it a kids console, or for an adult?

I purchased it online from Best Buy on Aug 28, 2018.
I have been the only user and I used it on and off until Nov 14, 2020 when I got a PS5.
It has been in storage since then.
