Left earbud plays at approximately 50% volume compared to the right. May be due to mesh blockage or wear over time. No other functional issues—case charges normally, right earbud works as expected, and everything pairs without problems. Cosmetic wear is minimal—light signs of use on both earbuds and case, but no cracks or major scratches. Fully cleaned, sanitized, and reset for resale.
