Selling my Kindle Scribe (1st Gen) – 32GB in great shape. Comes with the Premium Pen (has an eraser and shortcut button) and the original Amazon black leather folio case. Super nice for reading, taking notes, or marking up PDFs. Everything works perfectly—just not using it as much as I thought.

I have tried purchasing this item at the given price and PayPal declines the transaction with this comment - "To comply with international regulations, this transaction has been declined." My PayPal account is valid and operable. Does the seller use an international account?

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site. Thank you for the clarification. As I stated, I have had no problems with my PayPal account and was posting this for the benefit of the seller. I am not saying there is a problem with the seller’s account. It may be a glitch elsewhere. I have decided not to purchase for other reasons not related to this.
