Hi! Is this phone still locked to AT&T? Would you be able to post a picture of the Settings> General> About > Carrier Lock ? Make sure to blur the IMEI.

I have checked this for someone else and it does say the Sim locked and when I tap on that, it says to reach out to AT&T. I can try to call them tomorrow to see if this phone can be unlocked
