I will tell you I'm not 100% exactly sure what that means. I purchased it with AT&T and it's fully paid off. I confirm that with AT&T that I'm free to sell it and it's free from any ties to me and they said yes, but I don't know if that means unlocked and I'm just being honest I don't know what that means

OK, I just looked up how to check on that so I'll do that in the next 30 minutes or so. I have a work call that I need to finish and then I'll check on that.

Sorry for the late notice my dog got into a fight at the dog park and was hurt so we've been at the emergency but anyway he's fine and I did find out that this phone may have restrictions it says and it says I should contact the carrier so I'll contact AT&T tomorrow and double check.

If you check on settings you'll see if it has sim restrictions

Do now sorry I was traveling today and just got in.

So I changed the price the way the fees work it only allowed me to do 433 for some reason I have to put a lower price that I'll accept so that with the fees added it came to 433. Thank you
