Could you verify the bootloader is able to be unlocked (ideally with a screenshot)? You can check by going into developer options and checking whether oem unlocking is something you can do or whether it is greyed out.

Please post a screen shot of the phone with oem unlocking checked, so that I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that what you are saying is true. Also, please lower your price to 675 like you said you would take.

It's not you par se. It is my whole experience with getting a phone. So far I've been lied to twice by people about the OEM unlocking. Driving 40 miles for one, and having do deal with returning another, has been a pain. In truth I'm probably going to pick up another one tonight for 75 less with a watch thrown in to boot. They, and a few others just sent the screen shot, no probs. You can do what you wanna do, though.

I'm having an issue with Guam as State selection and although I can push the payment through, you would have change the state to ship it to afterwards. Would that be an issue? I'm selecting Hawaii as state but this needs to state Guam instead. Is that something you can even change afterwards, and perhaps more importunately , feel comfortable doing? It is strange though cause it used to work in the past :-(
