Will this work on Mint?

Hello dear miss, I am in the need for a phone for only it's NFC capabilities. I otherwise don't need it for much more then that, I won't even have service only working off a portable wifi. A phone necessary for making google pay purchases. Online it states this phone is capable and does have it available but only for certain areas or certain models allowed that I was able to figure that they were conveying. So my question before I purchase. Is this device I'll be receiving have NFC enabled and comes installed as a phone function for sure and is confirmed it does? I have no wiggle room to not be sure. Thanks for your consideration.
