Sorry all for the delay. No parts replaced, my daughter went in to do a screen replacement and because there was some other damage they swapped the entire phone. They didn't give her a box due to the swap in the store.

It's esim, and yes it's the one in the pics, there are no flaws. The case shows a little wear on the corners but it does the job. Battery capacity is 100%, which is evidence that its a very new phone. Per swappa, I ship it within 2 business days of someone making the purchase.
