How's the battery life in your experience?
Hi do you know what is wrong with the pen? Is the price flexible? Thanks
Depends on how you use it I get around 7 to 14 days based on what I do. If you use it for just notes and set the refresh down it lasts longer. But if you set it to ultra so it refreshes faster then you will see a drop. The pen died in the latest update I spoke with support and they said the magnetic pen died and they don't support the accessories. So they told me to test another pen and I have tested a Samsung and kindle scribe pen and both work fine. So you will need a new pen and it doesn't necessarily need to be a boox pen. The price I have posted is as flexible as will be.
