• IMEI Verification: Returned device IMEI must match the original record.
• Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping. Unwanted items or buyer errors incur a 20% restocking fee plus initial shipping costs. Items must include all original accessories and be in original condition.
