1. 30 days Free Return for quality issue related.
2. 10% of restocking fee be deducted from your refund if the return is not product quality or functional issue related.

Devices altered from factory settings—such as bootloader unlocking or rooting—are not covered under our return policy, as such modifications void the manufacturer’s warranty and may affect functionality.
4. All returns must be free of user damage. If the device is returned damaged, we may deduct up to 100% from your refund.
5. All returns must match the condition we ship out, including all accessories if applied. Otherwise, we may deduct up to 100% from your refund.
6. Refunds will be issued after we receive & inspect your device.
7. Damages caused by the carrier will result in voided return/warranty.
8. Order cancels before shipping, 5% will be deducted from your refund as cancellation fee.
