Just clicked by now and started connecting to my Paypal account but when I clicked to open in Chrome it went away. When I returned to try the purchase again it says the item is now on "buy lock". Swappa, what to do?

I managed to get to the Paypal payment page and it says that my small local bank card connected to the account is unavailable so I added another business card from the same small Bank and pressed purchase now for $206. PayPal is saying that neither of my Heritage Bank Northwest cards are available for use. I have no other bank so apparently I'm not able to buy this item even though I would very much like to. Is there another way I'm able to pay?
