Hey David, do you know if once activated on T-Mobile would they then unlock the device or is it some kind of promotional device that can never be unlocked?

If interested I have an unlocked 16 Pro Max listed here as well.
You will still need to make this phone active for 40 Days with T-Mobile. It is one of the requirements they ask to have any mobile under T-Mobile unlockable. Any carrier have their own waiting period to unlock any device under their carrier. Does not matter if phone is paid in full, the phone still needs to serve its 40 days with the carrier.
