Thanks for the reply Charles. So I am a bit confused. You said that you used the phone without a case, and it has a few scratches on the corner, but the battery has zero cycles. How bad are the scratches? Can you post a photo of them? Also, is there a screen protector on the phone? It is difficult to tell from the photos.

The scratches aren’t bad or they’re unnoticeable and hard to get in a close up picture I could try again but they are hard to catch with camera, yes there was a screen protector while using it.

Charles- I am interested in purchasing. Can you please provide more details on how you have been able to use the phone, but it still shows 0 battery charging cycles? Also, if you can't or won't upload a photo of the scratches for us to see, can you upload a photo (with your Swappa listing code shown in the photo) of the About screen that shows the phone information, like model number, warranty info, and the unlocked SIM status?
