Could you go to Settings > connections > mobile networks > network operators

Then toggle off “select automatically”

Could you then screenshot the available networks.

This will show if the phone is unlocked.

Unfortunately only the xfinity account holder can remove the network if it didn’t unlock automatically after you paid off the phone and had it active on their network for at least 60 days.
