Could you please post a pic with the original shell, that also displays the model number on the back.
I’m not sure I follow your request as that angle has already been posted, and shown in the short video, i.e. the reverse side of the controller no longer contains the request information as the original shell was upgraded to include the grips that you see now. I hope this helps, if not, lmk, and I will see what else I can do to help.
Did you just put on a fake&generic 30th anniversary shell on a third party PS5 "Clicky" controller, and are now calling it "Official and specially made by PlayStation?" Because I found that shell you have on it, at Temu for $6.99.
And I just found your "Clicky" controller mod on Amazon for $19.99.
