Damage Description
While the MacBook was well taken care of, it has the following signs of use:
- Outlines/silhouettes of stickers which were once on the case. The surface is as smooth as the rest of the case and there is no sticky residue
- Tiny white specs of suspected nail polish on the bottom casing
- Tiny nick on the top edge of the screen, to the right of the camera
- Tinier mark just down and to the right of the other nick -- pics included
- Other small marks/dings consistent with 5 years of use
All devices must be fully functional and meet our criteria for sale

Hi there! I am selling my friend's MacBook Air which she used for school and other basic tasks for about 5 years.
The most notable signs of use are the outlines of stickers around the device. The body of the MacBook is consistently smooth despite the visibility of where the stickers were.
I also unscrewed the bottom to dust out the inside of the device. There wasn't much -- but it's good to ensure that it's cleared out so it runs as good as new. It is wiped to factory settings with a blank password, on the latest macOS! The battery cycle count is 692.

1. Nothing has been replaced. I know the original owner and am 100% certain of this. As mentioned in the listing, I opened the bottom case to dust it out, but nothing was ever unplugged or replaced internally.

I tried to purchase but PayPal says “Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay”
So I believe there’s an issue somewhere
If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site.
