1 - Chromebook Plus 714 Spin. You can confirm this in the photos of the lid - it's written in the upper left corner.
2 - I do believe it was last year. I bought it brand new from Best Buy in September.
3 - I don't know the exact number, but I probably used it less than 20 times since I bought it.
4 - No. I cleaned it thoroughly and looked at it with a flashlight to confirm, and I saw no issues. The touchscreen also works 100%.
5 - Given the age, usage, and it's value, I'm holding on my asking price.
