Has the battery been replaced? Are you able to upload a screen shot or a photo of the whole Battery Health screen?

Are you the original owner? Where did you purchase the phone from, and when did you purchase it? I am trying to figure out why the first use, according to the battery info, was only four months ago, and it doesn't appear that you really ever used it.

Yes, I am the original owner. I bought several Iphones from a cell service provider with a discount and this is one of them. I have sold many phones on Swappa and you can see it my sales history. This phone was not bought for use but for resale and thats why it doesn't have any usage

One follow-up question: If your purchased the phone from a cell service provider, wouldn't it be a phone that was restricted to that cell provider? In other words, it wouldn't be a fully unlocked phone like phones that are purchased from Apple directly, correct? I just want to make sure it is a fully unlocked phone. Can you check the SIM status and provide a photo of the screen along with your Swappa listing code in the photo, just to be sure?

In Settings, under General, AppleCare&Warranty there should be an option to add if it’s eligible

There is a limitied warranty that expires in December 2025
