Great Question! I had them in the box for about a year (sealed and untouched), then decided to see them recently to see if I like them, but I did not. The warranty expired last month and I purchased the warranty with the headphones last year in February of 2024 for my birthday.
So not brand new in terms of when I obtained it but rather its brand new in condition! Never been fully used
