When I say flawless, this phone doesn’t have even one scratch on it as it’s never been dropped! I take care of my phones and even take care to charge it properly, not overcharging or letting the battery get below 20%. Also included is the original Zagg premium xtr screen protector which still looks brand new no bubbles or scratches and costs $50. I can confidently say that this iPhone 13 Pro Max is probably the cleanest one out there with a history of being taken care of to the highest standard.
