Hi Vassili - Transfers only work with the original AppleCare plan (max of three years) and then switches to a subscription that can't be transferred: https://support.apple.com/en-us/111801.

Regarding your offer, I'll continue to lower it until some lucky buyer grabs it (it's already an incredible price), or it gets low enough that I decide I may as well keep it for myself. We're pretty close to your $1400 mark as it is.
