You are looking at a Fair Condition 100% working iPhone 14 plus that is unlocked for all carriers. This phone does have 2 visible scratches on the screen but only when the screen is off.
Condition: Fair with 2 Visible scratches on the screen when screen is off. Battery at 88% health, and minor scratches or scuffs on the back or sides of the device.
Returns: There will be no returns as the device will be 100% tested working before shipping.

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
