The phone is paid off and unlocked. On swappa, all carrier phones must be paid off with a clear IMEI to list for sale.

Will you ship to my PayPal verified freight forwarder company address in Florida? Will it work with international networks?

I’m fine with shipping to a USA verified PayPal address. However, I can not verify whether it will work with international networks.

Are you asking for carrier unlocked or unlockable bootloader? The phone is auto carrier unlocked from verizon after 60 days. As far as bootloader, it's unlockable when purchased from Verizon. The phone does work on other networks. I had Mint mobile on the phone before I decided to sell it.

I'm less worried about the bootloader as I don't even know what that does. I just know I purchased another pixel here a few days ago that claimed to be att but unlocked, but when I put my sim card from spectrum or mint mobile, it would not unlock. Which is why I was hoping you had some proof.

ATT does not unlock their phones even when paid off unless the owner request for it to be. Verizon auto unlocks after 60 days. The IMEI is clear as I would not be able to post it here if it wasn't. I hear your hesitation, and since I can not 100% provide you with proof that the device is unlocked, I would hesitate to buy this particular phone.
