I the peeling at the top of the screen from the original factory screen protection film still in place?

Has the phone been in a case during its use? Its difficult to see the condition if there are blemishes or if its just not dirty.

Yes, the phone has been in a case for the last six months. Also, it still has the original factory screen protector. The slight peeling you're seeing at the top is from that protector.
