Damage Description
Does show some signs of wear and tear. Used for ~1.5 years, kept in great condition. Had a hardshell case on it the whole time, and used a mouse primarily instead of the track pad (so minimal to no wear there). Most wear is on the keyboard, used this for work as a daily driver / full time engineering (did my best to keep oils on my hands to a minimum, but the keyboard does show signs of use).
I cleaned the laptop before taking pictures, there may be a smudge or two on the case but these are from handling it while taking pictures. Give it a quick wipe down and it should be good to go (again, was in a hardshell case it’s entire life, so minimal to no exposure / handling of the laptop without protection).
Everything works perfectly on this and I even used Aldente Pro to help maintain the battery life over time. (Battery Health shows 86% lifespan still).
Please note: AppleCare has expired (I did not extend the 1 year limited warranty received when I purchased it).

When I first listed the laptop, I was going to include the Spigen hardshell case I had on it, however the hardshell case broke while I was removing it to clean the laptop, so it's not included as i tossed it out. I removed this from the listing description, but I guess I missed the mention of it in the description heading, so my apologies.

Are the "smudges" on some of the body pictures just dirty or that is "wear and tear"??
I cleaned the laptop, that’s wear and tear from natural oils on hands from consistent use over time. Very normal for this to occur when you use a laptop for work / full time unless you are cleaning the keyboard every day (which I don’t know anyone doing this lol).
If the keyboard really bugs you, I believe these can be replaced relatively inexpensively. Everything works perfectly with the MacBook, it’s completely aesthetic and does not affect functionality.
This is still really well priced, the other MacBook Pro M2s on Swappa right now are lesser specced (16GB RAM, non-Max processors) and close to mine in price.
