1. Returns are accepted within three days of delivery for items that are dead on arrival, damaged in transit, or defective. To qualify for a refund, report any damages within 24 hours of delivery.
2. All returned items must be in the same condition as when sold.
3. Restocking Fee: Failure to adhere to these policies may result in a 20% restocking fee.
4. Undeliverable or Refused Packages: Shipping charges for undeliverable or refused packages will be deducted from the total refund.
