What is the battery health

It seems that I missed that screengrab when uploading photos for this listing.
I am back in the office on Monday 3/10 (where the MB AIr is), and will get another screenshot of power and battery health.

To be honest, do the spots on the screen affect usability? Also, can you ship to an Oregon address?

The minor spot on the screen does not affect usability. It's in the film/cover and not the LCD itself. I forgot it was there until taking photos.
