Is the Front cam working good? How’s the current performance of the laptop?

The laptop has basically never been used. I set it up for my parents and then they never used it. The camera still has the factory sticker over it. I've only used the computer long enough to verify there are zero personal files on it, so I haven't tested the performance. Given it's basically brand new, I assume the performance is decent. It's 12 GB RAM and an Intel Core i5-10210U which according to Google is 1.6GHz base speed with a boost of up to 4.2GHz. So it should be pretty decent for normal computing (you can do a search on the model and look for reviews too to get user feedback).
