Hi Thiago - There is a very small scratch on the screen, but it's not visible when the phone is on. I can't do $850 though.

Hi John - No parts have been replaced. It has the Apple Care + warranty, which is transferrable. It does not come with the box or cord. The phone was purchased at Apple. I will need to send you the two additional photos you asked for on Tuesday when I'm back from a trip.
