As good as new. Tiny micro scratches on the front, only visible under bright night with screen off.
ALSO, I have the photography kit - phone case, attachable bluetooth grip and screw-on filter adapter. The phone case is partly broken, but a replacement could be found on AliExpress.

It has Google Play. I reinitialized the phone, then set it up only enough to get Google Play on it.
Hi, I’m interested in buying the Xiaomi 13 Ultra you have listed. I noticed that it’s a Chinese version and has been set up to include Google Play Store.
I have a few questions:
Is the phone fully unlocked, meaning it can be factory reset and set up like a brand-new device without issues?
Can it install any global app from the Play Store without compatibility problems?
Does it support Google Mobile Services (GMS) natively, or was Google Play installed manually?
Can I change the system language to English or Spanish?

It is absolutely unlocked, it can be factory reset. Since it's the Chinese version, the Play Store does have to be installed manually. Once it's there, global apps will install like usual. I'll have to check on Spanish, but I used it in English. I understand no Chinese.

This phone will only work on T-Mobile or any carrier that uses their equipment. I used it with Mint.
