7-Core and warranty is still available. This MacBook has 7 months of warranty left and since purchased has only been use less than 5 times.

No.
Other sites list a M1 in premium condition for as much at $650 and the lowest on Ebay for refurbished is $570, so I think a like-new macbook for this price is pretty fair.
Walmart is selling it brand new for $629, just checked
Then buy it from there. Or pay $80 less for one that’s been used twice. Lowest I’ll go is 540. Price is firm.

FYI based on the serial number you provided that has expired, so what warranty are you referring to? To the best of my knowledge you have 60 days date of purchase.
