I used it for only three weeks before receiving a laptop from my employer, so it's seen very minimal use. It's in almost mint condition with only the very minor signs of wear. This laptop performs flawlessly. It has the best configuration possible.
Also I includes Arc Mouse, 2 factory sealed additional chargers and 2 factory sealed slim pens.

interested. I read there are still many aps that dont run on snapdragon, did you encounter this? what apps you can only run in your replacement laptop?
I didn’t experience any compatibility issues or encounter any apps that didn’t work. On the contrary, all working fine, in my experience.
I received a laptop from my employer simply because I hadn’t been provided one before, not due to any technical issues or compatibility concerns.
