Hi yes the Apple Watch was purchased unlocked from the Apple Store and was used with a Verizon account. It has been completely erased/reset so you should be able to use it with a different carrier.
I can confirm there are no scratches on the bezel or screen and that the battery is at 100%.
I was not the owner, I am selling it on my uncles behalf.
