Did you purchase this new or used? I only ask because the carrier unlocked version should work on Xfinity. I just want to make sure it is truly unlocked. If you purchased it new did you purchase it directly from Motorola, Amazon, Best Buy, etc or through a carrier and then it was unlocked by the carrier?

I purchased it new. I can take a screenshot of the phone settings where it shows it's unlocked as well. I'll add it to the photos.

When I called Xfinity to activate it, they typed in the IMEI and told me it was incompatible. They refused to go any further. Motorola's site also shows it as incompatible. I assumed it would work since Verizon sells it, but I guess Xfinity is more strict.

Directly from Motorola and I've owned it for a little over three weeks.

Thank you again. One last question, do you also have the box and everything that came with the phone? I want to give this as a gift to one of my kids.

I have the box (albeit it's probably not in perfect shape) and I can include an aftermarket usb-c cable and fast charger.

The box is all I need even if it's not in perfect shape. I don't the need a USB-C cable or charger but thank you for offering that.

I'm trying to buy it but I'm getting an error message that there is a lock on this listing. My browser froze when I first attempted it and I think that's causing a problem.
