All consoles require full functionality, included power cord, and should be factory reset and wiped.

Damage Description
Replaced the backplate with one from Retroid. This unit had the issue with the R2 shoulder button breaking (this was a known issue with these devices) To fix, this, I ordered a new backplate from Retroid. The back plate is the gray variety (clear wasn't an option) and is installed. Works great now!
