The listing includes the camera, battery, mount, cable, and case. The package is sealed and never opened or used. The listing also includes an additional floating hand grip mount in a separate sealed box. I am unfamiliar with the product warranty requirements. I do not know if they need a receipt, or if they go off serial number or first time used, or use the date of manufacture. I do not have a receipt as it was a gift at Christmas this year.
Daniel, thanks for clarifying my questions. I'm still not fully convinced I need the GoPro. How about a small price reduction to make the deal more tempting?

Juany, I believe that PayPal is the only option through Swappa. This protects both of us.
Orgal, the e-commerce packaging does not include the case. With tax, that is $232+. I am still $47 cheaper and you get a case and a hand grip. You may not need the hand grip, but one of your motorcycle friends with a gopro will love it as a gift, sealed box :)
Additionally, I have to pay Swappa commission, as well as shipping, so I will only get about $160
