When was this originally purchased? Is it registered for warranty?

Thanks Adam! Apart from the SSD upgrade, has there been any other internal modifications? Has it needed any repairs since original purchase?
There have been no other modifications or repairs. It's been fantastic. I don't have the time to put it to use like it deserves. My eyes were bigger than my schedule.
