I wouldn't be willing to drop it to $250, due to the fees that come along with it. $250 is a bit too low for me. As it's also in great condition and less than one year old.

That said, I also have to account for platform fees and taxes on my end, even though it’s a used item Swappa charges taxes. Is there a major difference between the Forerunner 255s vs 265s? I noticed on Amazon the 255s is on sale for $280 brand new.

I know for sure the 255 is the older version. The 255 doesn't have touchscreen, doesn't provide a training readiness score, and is more limited on its smart features.
