There is a photo of the battery status with the pictures that have already been uploaded. There are no issues with the device. I will not give you a "lowest" price as that is bad negotiations. I will not go down much from the price that is listed though.

I use UPS Ground. Because I am also in the east coast, shipping times should not exceed 3-4 days, possibly less depending on how far from South Carolina the destination is.
