I’m sorry. You mention this is unlocked but also say this device works with TMobile only and not guaranteed with other carriers? Is it unlocked or not?
It is unlocked it is an imported device though so it won't work with ATT, Verizon based carriers only T-Mobile based carriers i.e Mint etc
