That is the correct serial number. It's on my order email and on the shipping box in 2 different places. So I'm pretty sure the laptop itself will have the same number. It must be a mistake on HPs site. This was purchased about 2 weeks ago and delivered a few days ago. What exactly do you want a picture of?
