No damage. I lost the small plastic tool they provided to remove the nose piece but honestly any guitar pick or finger nail works just fine.

Reason for sale is desire to upgrade to the One Pros. I love these for gaming in bed but get really bad motion sickness on train when I want them the most and don't want to carry a Beam around everywhere. This listing comes with all original packaging with the following EXCEPTIONS:
1. The square pick tool used to pry the nose pieces off has been lost. A finger nail honestly works perfectly fine.
Otherwise, all the original packaging and accessories are included.
