will it work on the Verizon usa cellular network?

Yes it will, had it on Verizon myself

so it has the Verizon 5g nationwide just not mm wave 5g, right? also can you have experience mobile data on while during on a phone call?

Correct, just the standard 5G bands and no mmWave. I don't really ever recall noticing *not* being able to do voice and data simultaneously, so I believe yes it can.

just tested out with my verizon sim popped back in that yes it does do simultaneous voice/data

Earl, around 750 is my floor. I typically use USPS since I have a post office nearby, and they've been the most reliable for me. Ship speed is limited to whatever they can do with Li-Ion batteries/phones. That being said, I strive to ship same-day when receiving orders before noon Eastern Time

How is the battery and screen? Any blemishes? Thank you

From what I remember, BatteryGuru estimated 99% health the last time I looked at it before resetting. Was only used for about a months since purchase in May of this year.
Screen is good, no blemishes that I can discern, if there are any they'd be on the edges of the bezels that screen protectors didn't quite cover.
