the banks simply or directly make an account on paypall or other transfers directly with a bank which is original from the states in my memory it worked like koho.... that is right??

sorry for the time but I have illness reasons which sometimes prevent me from being more functional than others I have the Koho bank which is based in the USA because I never received my physical Koho card because I am in Canada but it is not as if I would be in France on the other hand which would be extremely another thing completely apart ... to come back to that in my memories when we have a bank to change currencies like Koho which is the most reliable bank for currency changes and also for transfers without any cost or anything no matter where you buy it is reliable gives the right currency at real time and I am not stupid I know too well the delay would be longer than those displayed but I would have to know the delay because here the post office is on strike and since the first one I have been waiting for a check and I still have not had it it is ridiculous the post office here since the strike it is sure I preferred to wait otherwise it will arrive in 2 months🙄
