Yeah I use the phone on T-Mobile and ATT. Also supports google play store.

Is this work with Verizon ???

I haven't tested this on Verizon, but they are strict with devices that aren't white listed on their network. I wouldn't recommend you get a device that Verizon doesn't support.

Is it unlocked so I can use it in Latin America?

This device unlocked by default. I'm not sure in Latin America, but if you can sim swap and check your bands it should work fine.
