What do you mean by crease? In pics it looks like a big dent to me

Could you post another picture of the two major issues (the "crease", and dent on the hinge)? Also, could you post a pic of the "nicks" near the ports? Does screen have any damage?
1. Uploaded a couple of new photos and tried to update the description to be clearer; feel free to send other questions.
2. AC+ appears to transfer to US residents who travel, but is hazy for permanent residents (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253503511?sortBy=rank). Seems like they make exceptions regularly if you call.
